I stopped in with a low tire pressure light on and even though they were super busy, they found a staple in the tire. They fixed it quickly and didn’t charge a thing! I’ll be back for sure!

We had a flat tire on the Monday of Memorial Day weekend during a long road trip, and needless to say, we were stressed. Thankfully, the team at Elite Tires completely eased our minds from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and they truly went above and beyond to help us get back on the road safely. They worked very quickly without making us feel rushed and kept us informed throughout the process. In a stressful situation, their excellent customer service made all the difference. We are so grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone in need of honest and dependable service! I wish I had written down their names but in any case, thank you to all the employees!! 8 months ago we went to Elite Tire & Suspension because we were told by another shop that we needed better tires on our new SUV if we planned on towing. McKenna examined them and said the tires were fine. 37,000 miles later we needed tires so we went back to Elite Tire & Suspension and had an amazing experience purchasing tires from Mckenna.
